Reflections of Us in Cast Glass - a CGAIE project for students at The Dalles Wahtonka High School, sponsored by the Wasco County Cultural Coalition and the Oregon Arts Commission - is currently being installed on the lawn of The Dalles Art Center.

In this project, students explored the cultural heritage of Wasco County ...and researched cultural symbols of both the past and the present by viewing historical film, artifacts, and places that reflect cultural significance. The finished castings were created for the public art installation for the community of The Dalles.
